Focus on identifying their thoughts, feelings, pains, and gains. The goal is to understand the customer experience deeply in order to improve the service or product. Include specific examples of things the user might be thinking or feeling to illustrate how a specific feature will impact their experience. For example, under 'Pains', consider frustrations and anxieties, and under 'Gains', consider achievements and satisfactions. Identify the specific actions, influences and impact on the persona.
