The method

Prompt 1
I want to integrate my Asana project management with my content creation process. Generate a prompt that allows me to automatically create a draft blog post outline based on the tasks and deadlines in my Asana project 'Marketing Campaign Launch'. The prompt should consider assigning writing tasks to team members and automatically sending them personalized messages via Asana when their writing task becomes active. Also, include a section in the outline for SEO keywords related to the project’s goals.
Prompt 2
I use Trello to manage my personal to-do list and Google Calendar to schedule appointments. Create a prompt that will analyze my Trello boards to identify tasks due within the next 24 hours and automatically generate a Google Calendar event reminder for each task. The event title should match the Trello task name, and the description should include any relevant details from the Trello card. The prompt should also include a notification if I have conflicting appointments in Google Calendar.
Prompt 3
Design a prompt that integrates Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) to automate report generation.
